The Strong Workforce Program aims to bridge the skills gap between students and 羞羞视频鈥檚 evolving workforce by strengthening Career Technical Education (CTE) programs offered in the 115 physical community colleges throughout the state. The state鈥檚 investments in SWP are to enhance the quality of CTE programs and workforce training as a path to high-demand and high-wage jobs for community college graduates. Through SWP community colleges collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure all programs and training emphasize key areas including student success, career pathways, workforce data and outcomes, curriculum, CTE faculty support and regional coordination.
